Hello, Aiakos

Aiakos has a home. This site, the GitHub organization and the main repository are live, and the project is in its first stage: the design is written down, the key decisions are recorded, and the first spikes are planned.

What Aiakos is

A file-defined control plane for teams of AI coding agents. You describe a team — a rig — in files: who the seats are, which roles and skills they have, how they hand work to each other. Aiakos launches the agents, keeps each one addressable and honestly observable, routes messages and work between them, and keeps you in the loop from the terminal, a dashboard or chat.

Built by itself

From the first milestone on, Aiakos is developed by an Aiakos-managed team of agents — an implementer and a reviewer, with a human lead. The team always runs on the last released version, never on the code it is changing. News about that experiment will appear here.
